What is the turnaround time of my inventory?
Our standard turnaround time for production is 3-5 business days. Check the homepage of the website for current production times which are updated frequently. Please note, this does not include shipping time which varies depending on your location.
Do I receive an order of confirmation?
Yes, once you have submitted your order by going through the checkout process on the website, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once I receive my inventory, what if it’s damaged or missing?
If any of your inventory is damaged or missing, please fill out a claim form using this link and we will be in touch.
Does my inventory come with stakes?
Stakes are a separate purchase that can be added to your order. You can purchase stakes here.
What if I have a rush order?
You will need to contact us directly at orders@signsbysi.com or call 678-567-7403 regarding a rush order.
What are my shipping options?
We have shipping options via UPS that are listed for your order during checkout. We also offer local pickup at our facility located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Billing Information
We accept all major credit cards and the option to select payment plan with Zezzle.
